HARMONi Lite is a healthcare pricing analytics platform that brings transparency to drug procurement for Malaysian healthcare providers. Launched in May 2025, this web-based SaaS solution enables GPs and pharmacies to make data-driven decisions on medication pricing, directly impacting healthcare accessibility and affordability. The platform addresses a critical gap in the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem where pricing opacity often led to inefficient procurement and higher patient costs.

As the founding developer and sole technical contributor, I architected and built HARMONi Lite from concept to production in just 30 days. This end-to-end ownership encompassed system architecture design, full-stack development using Django and PostgreSQL, RESTful API implementation, and Azure cloud deployment. Beyond coding, I translated complex healthcare requirements into intuitive user interfaces, implemented secure multi-tenant architecture for data isolation, and established CI/CD practices for sustainable growth.

This experience demonstrated senior-level technical leadership—making architectural decisions that typically require team consensus, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering a production-ready platform that now serves healthcare professionals across Malaysia.
